What are some other ways to build the Immune System?

The immune system is vital part of the human body. It helps to protect the body from spread of germs!
1) Take vitamins,
2) Take B12,
3) Get at Least 8 to 10 glasses of water,
4) Exercise at least 3 to 5 days a week and then get at least 8 hours of rest.

That's pretty much it.  Your taking the B vitamins and that is what helps support the immune system.  I just started take a B-Complex vitamin and its helping me much more plus taking vitamin D3.  I have been fighting to get my immune system back up since it crashed on me in 2006 when my husband got sick and almost died.  I simply run myself so far down with little sleep and it cause me to get the Esptine Bar Virus and trying to get it to go back dormant is not easy.  But its almost gone.  Just take good care of self and get plenty of sleep but not too much sleep then it goes the other way.  Keep active and eat right.
