Special Offer Complaint

Does anyone ever submit complaints to the special offers customer service for offers they complete that doesn't credit? Are your cases every resolved or would i just be wasting my time?

sometimes offers come with specific requirements so be sure to read carefully. It takes 10 days to show up  at times.

I am also curious about this. Most of the time when i complete an offer under the "more special offers" it does not credit. I do exactely what it says. I have opened at least 6 or 7 cases since march 7th and none have been resolved yet. I did get a response from fusion cash right away on each one and there response is below

 "Thank you for sending us the proof of your offer completion. We apologize for the delay and we will give you an update as soon as we have verified your information which may take a few more days. We thank you for your patience..."

HOWEVER, nothing has been done since. I have even tried to follow up with submitting additional comments, but no one responds to those. At this point i do not think it is worth opening up anymore cases b/c it doesn't seem that fusioncash is going to do anything about them. I hate to say it but i don't think they care...if you don't get credit they are not going to help...at least that has been my experience so far.

I forgot to mention, in addition to what i just stated above, the video's are the only thing that works for me in speical offers, so make sure you try those, they are easy money.

i have spent numerous amount of time completing offers in the "special offer" section, but my offers seem not to be crediting. i follow the instruction accordingly. can some1 tell me why this is happening...

Well at least i know now its not just me...the videos and the daily task are the only things worth doing. But i've read around that some members get credit for a few of them. We need some advice from one of them b/c they gotta be doing something we're not :dontknow:

Ya, i noticed that too. If you look at the topic "What approved for you today" you will see people posts from people that have gotten credit for the special offers. Like u said maybe we can hear from one of them and see if they have any tips.

I have completed many offers in special offers.  The videos usually credit for me but some have not.  The other offers usually do not credit for me but some have.  I have opened a support ticket a few times when I have not been credited but it never went my way.  I never got credit.  I continue to take special offers now and then with a relaxed attitude.  Maybe it will credit, maybe not.  You are not the only person who has not been credited after taking a special offer.  I encourage you to open a ticket or contact customer service.   I hope that you get credit.  :dontknow:
