I think you need to find out when you did it.  If it's more than a week need to check the credit informations. or ask admin for help.  About the game did you type in the name that they give you for credit?... If not they cannot find you.  to find out the game section.  Go to game flash and on the top they will tell you with code to type in instead of your nickname you enter those code.  Hope I can help a little.
