I don't see what the prob would be unless you constantly send messages to people trying to promote your link.  I have the FC banner on my myspace page, cafemom, facebook and a few others.  But I am not spamming people with it.    If you are so worried maybe you should send a note directly to Kohler or someone else at admin.   Here is the email: kohler@fusioncash.net.
