I didn't get approved, whats going on

  My cashout is still pending for April 20th payment. I don't understand what is going on. I wasn't approved for the april payment cause my direct deposit was rejected. So I changed my payout method to paypal. I made a support ticket and they asked what form of payment I was using. I replied and told them I switched it to paypal. I haven't gotten a response since then and my cashout is still pending for aprils payment instead of mays. Can anyone help me.
