I am not positive but I think it has to do with how many posts you have made. I am a "hero" member ...

Not really sure what that is either !!! but I LIKE IT!!!

The default for full is 100, senior 250 & hero 500 messages but that can be changed so it's possible that it's different here.

This may give you an idea of something to shoot for and then let us know how it went.
