First thing to do, especially for women is to get your thyroid checked very carefully. Made all the difference for me, because it was not working at the level it should have been.

What haven't I tried? lol I lost a lot of weight when my kids were between 1 and 3.  You have to chase them ALL day!!!! And who has TIME to eat when they are that age?

Eat fewer processed foods- the general rule is, if it doesn't go bad, then it isn't good for you  :thumbsup: Do some exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. I am not good at routines and dance exercise videos are hard to follow so instead, I made a mix of my favorite upbeat songs on playlist.com and crank them up during the day. I move faster and bounce around doing housework and in between chores, I take a "crazy dance" break with my 2 year old where we, well, dance like a couple of crazy people. No one's looking so you can just cut loose! Great for burning calories.
