Husband working
« on: March 06, 2011, 08:31:28 am »
My hubby is working today  :'(  and had to work yesterday too    :crybaby2:  ..... but  of course that is a lot of overtime $$$$  ;D.   We usually go to church twice on Sunday and to the in-laws for dinner but today I am alone with my computer.

Anyone else out there alone today?

Well, I was always alone at home until recently. My hubby is a truck driver and he was always on the road but now he's still a truck driver with a different company and now he comes home to me everyday. He has the weekends and gets holidays off. I'm grateful for that. Just hang in there; if you do get to see him everyday then it shouldn't be so hard. Of course, there's always the thing that men are tired after a day of work. Just give him time to relax and he'll look for you eventually. Hint hint.  ;)

I been alone since August 2009 when I moved out and got myself a apartment. I can't afford to bring anyone into my life at the moment. Oh well, I'm not worried about finding anyone anyways. The person usually leaves me and found someone else. I'm not gonna go down that road again.

My fiancee was unemployed for quite some time so he was home with me through my pregnancy and for about 5 months after my son was born. It annoyed me that he actually had the opportunity to work earlier but declined due to wanting something closer to home as we really could have used that money. The flip side though was that it helped having him here with our first child as we were both learning. He ended up working for the guy who gave him the offer in the first place but now I have a crazy 9 mth old and he only helps with the baby 2 1/2 hours a day so kinda traded in one annoyance (lack of money) for another (lack of help).

No today I am not alone.  But every other weekend I am alone as my fiancee works every other weekend.

I live with a roommate but it is like being alone. My church community is my family. They are great. :)
