I like the shamrock shake, but I drink twice in March.   My kids do not like it.  I started drinking it about three years ago.  I only drink a small shake.  I am trying to cut down fast food.

I found a recipe online today that mimics the Shamrock Shake... it has a lot less calories, so I'm gonna try making my own this year!

I LOVE THEM. i am allergic to milk so when i drink shakes they make me sick but i have to have me some SHAMROCK SHAKE when they have them in mcdonalds. if you have never had them you should try them.
