"Blacks misbehave on average more frequently than whites do," McInnish
said. "

With comments like that, of course he has had his *bleep* kicked by non-whites more times then he has by whites, duhhhh.

I  do not think so,ignorance is one reason, fear is another-there are people who fear so-called blacks for various reasons such the wisdom, power and so on.There  are people who have a inferior complex as well.

Yeah...that's why the Bureau of Justice statistics shows that whites are the perceived race of offender in 46% of single offender crimes, and 36.8% of multiple offender crimes.
Compared to blacks:  18.5% single offender and 29% multiple offender.

Who misbehaves more often?

Interesting that you fail to also include the fact that the ratio of white to african americans in the country is 6:1. It stands to reason there would be more whites as far as percentage of crimes carried out. Gotta love these charts that most people are unable to comprehend simply because they don't realize there is an entire scope of statistics they don't even bother with and/or don't understand. ::)

It still doesn't change the actual numbers, or the fact that you're more likely to be a victim of a violent crime committed by a white male, rather than a black male.  My point was who misbehaves more often, not who misbehaves more often as a proportion of the population.  To cover that, we have to calculate in the effect on crime caused by economic class, which is a much better indicator of the likelihood of crime than race.  Then you have to calculate the fact that race is still a factor when it comes to the likelihood of being accused or suspected of misbehavior.

Edit:  It's an interpretation difference on the subject of the word "average".  I interpreted the word average to refer to "average occurrence of misbehavior" or "average action".  You appear to have interpreted the word average to refer to "average person".  I understand statistics well enough, thanks.   ;D
