I had my baby on Saturday.     He was a week early, but was my biggest baby yet. 10 lbs and 21 in. He beat my other son by 3 oz. I'm just glad it's over with and he is here and healthy.

Holy crap that's a huge baby, my first was only 7 lbs 8 oz - and I hope my second one is in the same ball park - I am tiny, I'm 31 weeks and only weigh 140 lbs so I am just fine having a small baby, that's what I prefer.

I'm notorious for having big babies. Here are all their weights. 8lbs 13oz, 9lbs 12oz, 8lbs 15.9oz, and 9lbs 15.4oz. Since my water broke a week before my due date, I was like sweet I may actually have a smaller baby. He proved me wrong. The nurses kept saying how in the heck did that kid even fit in you....lol. I'll just tell you all this. The after birth pains are so so so much worse the more kids you have. It's been 4 days and the pain and cramping is still killing me. I've read that the more children you have, the worse they get with each one and that is the definite truth! I actually think the labor contractions may have hurt less than some of these.

I have no concept of a 10 lb baby.
my son was 3 lb 8 oz at birth (born premature)
pregnant # 2 now -- hope this is not 10 lbs!
