Sweepstakes for Surveys?
« on: February 28, 2011, 08:22:29 pm »
I know a ton of people get upset when they try survey after survey and never qualify. A similar site has a monthly sweepstakes that people are put into for unsuccessfully completing a survey. I know we don't want to steal their idea but could Fusion Cash do something similar?

I can't say I have ever gotten real upset about not qualifying for a survey.  I understand the nature of the beast, in that it all comes down to being in the demo they are looking for, and that I might end up wasting 10 minutes in the end trying to qualify for nothing.

I think your idea is a good one, though.  I just don't know if it would truly get more people to try surveys, only for a chance to get a sweepstakes entry.  Many have pleaded since I've been here for consolation type rewards for trying, but I never see that happening.

Whatever FusionCash can do, and whatever gets people doing and completeing more surveys seems good to me.  It can only potentially lead to more bonuses, contests, etc. down the road with increased revenue coming in for FC.

Completing a survey without getting credit when it says the survey is sucessfully completed should offer something like you suggested.

Yes but the idea of it is if you get to the end after trying 7x on say mythoughtscount and it says sorry we do not have any survey's for you today, you just spent x amount of time trying 7 surveys and did not get any cash and have to wait 24 hours to try again.

At that moment they can then put your name in for a sweepstakes so you at least have a chance at something later. If they did implement something like this and you didn't win the sweepstakes well you're still in the same boat you were when you did 7 surveys, didn't qualify and had to wait

I highly doubt Fusioncash would ever offer a sweepstakes for not qualifying for a survey.  From what I've heard here at fusioncash if you don't get paid they don't get paid.  So they would just be giving away something for nothing.  They are in the business of making money not giving it away, so it would be the advertiser that would have to offer those incentives.

I hope not I hate having the sweepstakes with any of the surveys.  Sometimes you get surveys that only gives you a sweepstakes entrance after sitting there answering for 30 or more minutes.  Sweepstakes are a joke now one ever wins them do you know anyone who has really won one?  I don't!

You don't have to wait 24 hours if you don't qualify for a survey, only if you actually complete and get credited for it.  If you tried in the morning and didn't qualify, you could try later in the afternoon or evening to see if they survey site added any new surveys you may qualify for.

Well I am guessing that is how the other paid site works too but they still manage it. FC also manages to give money away for mini promos, monthly promos etc. so maybe they have the funds and they'd be interested in the idea.

Sorry I did mean that. I know if I did a survey at 10am and got the sorry none today message, even if I tried throughout the day I still got the same message. It wasn't until the next day that it spit out more. So in that sense I had to wait a minimum of 14 hours.
