Make sure you're clearing your browser and that you've checked your cookie settings.

That is normal for that to say that when you have done a survey when I look at mine it also says the same thing it has been credited
and usually you recieve emails that you have recieved credit for doing any offer including the surveys
And I agree clear your cookies before and doing any offers

So what if you are cleaning out all your cookies daily and STILL not getting credit? I would MUCH rather do surveys instead of the other offers, but at least a few times a week I don't get credit for them. The last few days it has been the "2 cents" ones. I absolutely get all the way to to the end but no credit.

I really don't want to stop doing them, but it is frustrating to spend 20 min on them not knowing whether you will get paid or not. Hit or miss  :-

thanks

You say your clearing cookies every day
But Are you clearing them before and after each offer?
Also Try  not closing the page to quickly when you done let it sit there for a minute or two
This may help you
Let us know if it works   good luck

You may also want to put ccleaner on your computer.  This helps out as well.  Go to ccleaner.com and download it.  Then every day just use it and it does a lot of the things you have heard suggested.

people on here need to realize some truth...spending the time on surveys and not getting credited sometimes is normal.  I have almost 50 no credits out of sixty some.  And talking to some they have explained with all the surveys out there and people online who need extra income like me they cant pay it all.  So some dont get credited and even fusion says that.  The lucky ones get credited.  Alot of sites I use sometimes respond to me that they have reached their quota and even some use it to get the answers they need and then say you didnt qualify after you spent 20 minites answering their questions.  I am sure fusion means well but the advertizers dont play fair and many do waste our time...dang almost 50 offers I have sit here and done and no credit...thats a waste of my time when there are 100 other sites.  Paid emails sends me two or three emails aday and so does snapdollars.com...I am getting rather pissed off at all these answers of clean this and clean that and use this browser or this one and I have done all of those and still some dont credit and my time is wasted.  Its seems the only one that seems to consistantly work is the fifteen cents a day, so that is good.

It is quite irritating when you are expecting something for your time only to have it not show. I have a whole routine I do everytime I use my computer. Even with this I still have cookie problems. I try to make FC my first stop so that I don't have as many cookie issues, but they still exist. I only wish there was a better customer support system. Having someone tell you how to clear cookies on a forum is totally different than a email direct from customer support. I know we are all at different computer literecy levels and that adds to the problem.
