So, basically-A scam is paying scam victims for being scammed

Freakin' Hillarious!  You'd think scammers would be just a little more intelligent than that!

When I get these I just delete them, or when I get them in the mail I shred it.

    I think it's ridiculous how many there are out there.  I can get 2 to 8 a day from "different" ones with different stories.

These people need to be a little more creative if they are going to have scams that actually work. This one isn't even believable!

How ironic, I do not even open them if I do not know how it is it is delete it wothout opening, but I love that they are scaming to pay the scammed people.  My mother once had a threaning email, it actually told her that they know where she lived and work and that if she did not came up with $500K by the weekend "I very nasty accident will happen to you or a member of your family".  And you better not contat the police because we will know sinvce you house phone is bugged.  My poor mother almost had a hard attack, she called the police right away and they told her that they actually had already a couple of reports and where investigating.  That was 5 years ago and I am ahppy to say my mother is healthy and alive.  Thank Goodness.

But I actually have a better one, I was looking for a job and on the newspaper was an ad for a "Repectable firm looking for an accountant to handle their accoutns receivable, need a person with knowledge and preferable a college degree, email or fax your resume, blah, blah, blah", so I applied, later I received an email telling me that what they need it was a person to put down $1,000 dollars of their own money on an account on my name, no need to put the company name on the account for them to invest and that I would be there liason with their clients, the cliets send me the checks, I deposited in my account and I will ired them a western union check for 90% of the cashed check .  I called the newspaper and told them that their ad was a total sham.

Like I have the $1,000 to begin with, I was looking for a job since I had been unemployed for 6 months already and like I am stupid enought to fall for that trick.

An email scam I get a lot is the widow whose husband left her millions and now she is dying and wants me to distribute her wealth to the needy.  For starters, all they need is my name, address, SSN, phone number, etc., etc. I'm sure if I clicked on them, I would have to pay money to get the money. Ha, ha.  In the past five years or so, I've gotten hundreds of these.

I like how you've been "approved" of it, too, like you put yourself on a waiting list and were just dying to know the result.  It's also kind of funny how they just assume there are enough scam victims out there that are waiting for something like this to bite on again.

I get stuff like that all the time - I should probably report it but I never do.  They actually almost got me one time, I filled out all my information and everything - I forget what it was for, like a loan or something from a bank or car insurance or something who I had been dealing with - for some reason I didn't send it and I asked the lady about it later on the phone and she said it wasn't from them and not to fill it out.  Thank goodness I had an urge NOT to send!

Another one that I've seen is that they claim to get you a Photo shoot in another country and send you about 1500 in money orders to deposit in your bank....

Ive seen so many varieties of these scams. Must be that they are suceeding part of the time. Not with me. I know if I didn't enter a sweeps I'm not going to win it.

The truly sad thing is that there are people out there that will fall for that garbage. If I got the amount of money offered to me because someone is dieing and needs an heir to their estate I would be a very happy and rich woman.
