I enjoy fusion cash quite a bit, but the affiliates program is a bit lacking I think. I would much rather see kickbacks per offer an affiliate completes rather than a cash out kick back. Just getting the flat $5 kick back when they cash out isn't bad by any means, but it leaves a lot of variables. If a person doesn't cash out at $25 and builds up to say $300, you still only get the flat $5.

I see what you are saying!  But honestly, most referrals never even get to the first cashout.  Most people are looking for the magical get rich quick site, that does not exist.  I have seen more people throw away THOUSANDS of dollars looking for instant success, instead of sticking with a program and actually working it.

The $1 signup bonus and $2 first offer bonus per referral MORE than makes up for the $5 cash out for life. Say you get a referral that signs up, confirms account, and does an offer. That's $3. At your standard rate of 20% referral earnings on most other sites that would mean your referral has to complete $15 worth of offers to earn $3. While there are circumstances where you would make more at 20% per referral without the bonuses, the majority of the time it is not the case. I only have one referral who never cashed out so for me it doesn't make any difference but for the people who have active referrals I think it does make difference, I think it should be a percentage of what your referral earning, This would be fair enough
