Catering! What would you order for a group of 20-50 people?

I would have to say chicken and turkey Hot wings of 3 flavors and all the dips provided of course, and twice baked loaded potato wedges,salad,monkey bread to die for, chocolate cover strawberries and blue berries, red wine and champagne sweet tea! dang im hungry now !

That does sound good. Not sure if you are talking about catering for other people or a menu to serve your guest.  If I was serving a informal menu I would go with a buffet style Barbeque. Seems like most people like BBQ and it is very easy to fix allowing  very little complications or room for error.
