Get credit for download games

I have been a member for almost a year and i do not recall what made me not take advantage of not downloading the games was it a security issue.It's been so long i do not remember but im asking you guys is  the offer to downoad games in the offer section safe and have you done any?

I haven't done it yet. I'm so afraid of spyware and virus stuff or bogging down my laptop.
