Just wanted to say hi to everyone and ask a few questions. My first one is : Is the site mainly a "pay per offer and receive points" or are there actual surveys and email offers too?

next question is : Where's the video tutorial i've read about on here?

On this site you can get paid for daily tasks, surveys, signing up for offers, playing games, watching videos, etc...
Every day you can do a PTC for 15c and a daily email for 2 cents, so even if you dont complete anything else you can get 17c every day.
There are also daily surveys you can try to qualify for as well as other offers.
