Catholics are nice people

Im not just picking on them. Heck I like all people. But it seems that catholics are good about helping people is this true or is it me?

There's a lot of good people in the world. I don't think their religion really makes a difference, it's about the person.

I believe it is true.  I can comment on this since I am Catholic (Romanian-Byzantine Catholic to be canonically correct).  Catholics are followers of Jesus and really base a lot of what be do on what Jesus said is the "Golden-rule:" Treating others how you would want to be treated.  I am not saying every Catholic is a saint (we are all sinners).  However, caring for each other is a major part of who Catholics are and what Catholics believe.
