I just found it rather odd that there is no contact information in the most obvious places (without having to play "internet loser" on a forum).
1) Log in
2) Click Support at the upper right of the screen, two buttons to the right of Account
3) Choose either Live Chat or Open a New Ticket
With most reputable sites comes a more easy accessibility to contacting the company.
Other than making the button flashing red, I'm not sure how they could make it simpler to find their support system. Due to spam issues few companies still offer a public email address for support, so contact forms and support tickets have been pretty much the standard mechanism for web-based customer service for nearly a decade.
....good post you didnt put anybody down, just directed her to the info she needed, minus sarcasm an b/s...you get a
Right, LendaL, all I wanted to know was contact information...a very simple question. But what a ridiculous waste of insults and time! Shame on all who added unrelated and unnecessary comments (myself included) without consulting the original question and/or thoroughly reading the entire thread or responses. Wow...how immature and hypocritical can we get? Maybe we should all take time to examine what is really the issue and handle it with integrity and a healthy perspective of reality...oh God, now what is someone going to say
...I'm sure one will see one thing he/she doesn't like or agree with and make an incredulous mockery of it, lasting another 8 posts. What is this all about anyway? I honestly asked a simple question, got some rude remarks, shot something back (which is what I see the majority of people on these forums do much of the time anyway and thought that's how it rolls
), and evidently invited more and more forum "abuse" (in my opinion, oh God...not again, who will it be this time?) which continued on and on without anyone having had an objective opinion about what the original topic was all about. Interesting. Intriguing. I wonder how many people use this tactic to start little tiffs (which really could be avoided all together really, if someone had just answered the question plainly). So where do I come in? Where do you come in? Where does anyone come in? Who adds fuel to the fire, now...maybe I just did. I hope not...but I'm sure
someone will see it as that. What a sad and ignorant world our generation is coming to. So, there you have it, the response you have all been waiting for. A response from the original "thread starter", waiting for some arrows back. But I hope no one takes what I have currently written personally, but reflects on his/her own response(s) and sees that maybe we should read posts and just answer questions simply, without responding to the questionier as if the person answering was a "god" in this forum and such shame on an innocent question about how to simply contact a company. My goodness.
Shame on those of you (again, myself included) for stooping to levels I hope we don't exhibit face to face with others.
Have a wonderful and peaceful day and week, everyone. Luck to all!
