I swish warm salt water , use a heating pad and oragel. There's not much else you can do.

Try heating up a glass of water then dipping a tea bag in it. After you have dipped the teabag into the water for a while, squeeze it so that the excess water drains out, then bite down on the teabag where you are having the pain. That should provide some relief.
Hope you feel better!  ;D I know tooth pain can be a real downer.

I would suggest calling your dentist and ask.  You might have a cavity??

Try dipping a Q-Tip with tea tree oil (you can get it at Walmart in the vitamin section) and rubbing it around the gums.

Go to the dentist.  You can have some underlining problems that could make it worse if you let it go.

What does that have to do with a tooth ache?

As for your pain I'd suggest the salt water thing too and maybe try some tylenol. Some of my teeth were aching and it turns out my wisdom teeth were coming in and the tylenol really helped.

use a saline mouth rinse to help pull out any bacteria until you see a dentist.
