Referral Question

a friend of mine suggested that I start using a site where i can post a task and pay people for completing that task. he suggested i have them sign up as referrals and i pay them .10 or something and in return get a referral on FC. im very wary about this and while reading through the terms of service on here i didnt come across anything specific that would deem this a violation of terms, so i wanted to hear thoughts or feedback if this would be a wise decision or not?

I don't think this is against the TOS, maybe somebody else knows? I've never heard of a rule against this. I also haven't ever heard of sites like that, so I don't know if they're trustworthy or not, but if you're only paying out once you've been paid for your referral then I don't see how it could necessarily go wrong.
