i signed in to do some offers but one are showing up, i there omething wrong with  my account?

Hello there. I'm a newbie and this is my first post. It is about offers. I was doing the daily one of the surveys and it says you are almost done with your survey and the next page said you did not qualify for the survey after I had almost completed the survey. What happened? I was almost done to make my 24 hour 1.00 dollar survey and it quit.I had already done most of the survey about otc and homoepathic medicines. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
