My wife is my best friend so I say absolutely.

I believe that if someone is your best friend then you need to trust them.  I believe my best friend is trustworthy because she has always been there when I have had problem  but not been judgementaly if I was doing the correct thing or not just supportive

My best friend is my fiance and yes I trust him with everything I have. He's always honest with me even if he knows I am not going to like it.

It's depend.  But mostly they are good for you to share your thought on.  I share with my bestfriend everything.

I am not paranoid but I personally would never trust anyone 100%, the only person i can trust like that and reveal anything and i mean ANYTHING is the almighty father above.

YES! I have a bestfriend and we treat each other as sisters. You can call a lot as friends but definitely you'll have one friend who you trust with everything
