Support Ticket and proof of address...

How many days does it take for them to answer a support ticket? It says 2 to 5 business days, it has been past that point.
They wanted me to fax a proof of address i did that also, that also said 2 to 5 business days for response..
It is past that also..

Sometimes I don't get a response, but the subject of my question is solved so I know that someone did something to solve the problem.

When they asked for proof of address, you probably were unable to do things (ie get credit for offers; cash out).  Are you now able to get credit?  Test that by doing the daily $.15  offer and confirm that it credits.

Is your trouble ticket still open?  You can always add a reply asking them where they stand on the issue.

My proof address is for my first payout, has nothing to do with offers. I verified my account, but to claim my payment by paypal. They wanted to send my proof of address! Has nothing to do with the offers. Thanks thou.

Sorry for the delay.  Your fax wasn't processed by our automatic system because it was too light to scan.  I checked it manually and approved your payment - you should have your cash now.
