Payment problem

Hello,every one
I tried to cashout today Jan 23, to my paypal but Fusion Cash says need to verify
paypal account and the email for that.There is nothing wrong with my paypal account I use it with other websites with same email . Any idea what went wrong...because there is no alert pay option. Pls inform..Thanks

You mean FC is saying that your paypal is unverified? Either you have to verify PP with a credit card/bank account or it might just be telling you to add your PP to FC in the account options.

I reside in the U.S. and my PP is verified with US address ..My email is a gmail..they are the same givin to FC...Now I request cashout..After hitting the processing button
it gives the message: your PP account is either unverified or none existant you may only reside in US or Canada......you may choose another payment method.
I am using my PP with other websites no problem there. with same Email....SO????

When you open up your paypal accout make sure that your account has been verified. You need to enter youe bank info into the paypal site and paypal will make two tiny deposits to your bank account. And then, you'll need to enter those two amounts in the paypal site to get your paypal account verified.

I did my first cashout through Paypal and so far no problems, just waiting on approval.

No bank account is not the problem ...the problem is here with FC ....THX54

I received payments before with PP  from other sites.... I guess  PP account has no problem also the same email used with them for communications.so it is verified or otherwise they will ask for that.

My PP account has a totally different email address than the one I use for FC and I have had no problems with it.  I suggest you open a support ticket for the Administrators to explain  and solve the problmes.

Have you opened a support ticket ? Are you certain PayPal has verified your account ? Have you checked to be certain you have entered your PayPal email address correctly ? I'm sure FusionCash will work with you to get this straightened out.

do you have a credit card on your paypal? when i cancelled my credit card that verification status on my paypal changed. that could be the problem.
