Cinnamon Rolls

I am in the process of making cinnamon rolls ..... the dough is rising!  I have made them before but was wondering if anyone with more experience knows if you can refrigerate half an bake in a couple of days?
 I want hubby to have fresh cinnamon rolls for breakfast !!

You can but they'll turn out tough and hard because of too much air exposer.

My wife made for me some cinnamon rolls on Saturday.  They were so goooy and great.  They were soo good and gooy and tasted great.  I had a leftover one on Monday morning.

If I remember correctly if you put the half you want to save in the fridge before they rise the second time, and give the the rising time the next time you want to cook they should be ok.

i know its possible to freeze them. now i want cinnamon rolls!

You can also bake them and then reheat in the microwave.
