Finding referrals can be a real task.  People will listen to you but rarely follow through.  What I have found though, is that each time I have cashed out, which has been twice so far, I send an e-mail to people I know who like to do the "pay-to-clicks", and each time I have gotten a sign up.  I guess when people see that you have actually cashed out and are doing it consistently, they are more likely to come aboard.  Keeping them active is another thing, but I keep trying.

Hey I thought of doing the same thing that u do but it still fails. I heard if you make a youtube video on what your offering or promoting that works good too.

great job on your first ref. getting referrals isn't easy for most people. i myself only have 13. just keep it up with the promoting and i'm sure you'll get more. 

that is some good news because i been trying for ever and still have not gotten it right yet i pretty much need some to walk me though it. i have seen the video a hundred times and still cant get it.

people I have referred have signed up under no one. I dont get that kind of thoughts. I think its disrespectful. wonder why I wonder then. I know most people are that way. if they here a good thing. they want it all to themselves. make sure you dont get one dollar. its rude, however, Im glad you got your referrals.
