Because some people like to change the wording to make those question different.

the questions always are answered differently to find out what you want or maybe you just forgot to push the next button who knows. ???

I think some of the surveys that are distributed may be for the same sponsor, but different survey companies are hosting the survey???  I don't really know, but I've ended up taking the exact same survey by two different survey companies (all through fusioncash).  Make sure you clear your cookies in between surveys and repeat surveys may occur less often.  I think that might have been my problem too.  I will always clear my cookies between surveys now so I have less trouble.  Hope this helps.

Because they steal monkeys from the zoo, and in exchange for bananas, the monkeys write surveys and design the navigation process through them.  Then they just cut and paste in order to make it look snazzy.  It's a lot of bling bling and pizazz, and confuses the heck out of you in the hopes that you slip up once and give them permission to spam you with ridiculous amounts of information and hack into your bank account.  With that money, they buy more bananas for the monkeys, who create complex surveys.  Circle of life.

Perhaps they want to see if your answers will change from the last time you answered the questions.

The question for qualifying purpose may be the same. some kind of default things. may the copy the format from some one. I sometimes think that after the first questions, I can even answer the rest without seeing the screen. Option2 for Q2, option 4 for Q3, etc. But it happens only for the qualifying stage. After that they are entirely different set.  So we can't question them either.
