crediting offers?

does anyone know of any offers that credit quickly?  i'm trying to make sure the site is legit (i'm new) and none of my offers have credited (even the "instant credit") ones.  i've read that squishycash isn't great, but a lot of my things have gone through on there, and not one has on here.  i was just wondering if i was doing something wrong....
i've been clicking the thing, filling it out, etc.... do you have to submit it somehow??

Have you tried clearing out your cookies? On login page it says enable cookies.
