But wat if you get direct deposit would you still want get paid til feb.20?

good question. I do the direct deposit but I am still new to the site and havent cashed out yet. So if I click cashout, does it automatically go into my account? Or do I still have to wait until the 20th of the month?

Like Linda67 said, we all get paid on or about the 20th of the month if you have cashed out by the end of the prior month. It doesn't matter whether you are getting paid by direct deposit, a check or through PayPal. Direct deposit & PayPal are a little quicker than check, although I get paid by check and usually have it a couple of days after the 20th.

Pay day for everyone is about the 20th of the next month if you cashout on or by the last day of the month.

Email the admin.  Maybe they can tell you something about your cashout.  It just may not have registered.
