I love to bake and trying to see if anyone has any baking tips I may need help with? Thanks

  I like to bake. My favorite items to bake are homemade breads. I like to knead the dough; especially helpful for relieving stress cause you can take out all your frustrations on the dough. I also like to bake cookies. I am currently on a diet so I am not doing alot of cookie baking right now. I don't know what is more fun baking the cookies or EATING them while they are still warm from the oven!

i definitely like to bake! i can't guarantee that it'll be
awesome, but i'm up for trying new things all the time 

i recently made chili in my crock pot, which turned out
pretty good. i had some cheesy garlic biscuit mix on hand
and made those, too. i used to be intimidated by recipes,
but i'm getting more and more comfortable with throwing
in a pinch or herbs and spices and altering the main recipe
to fit my tastes...

i love finding cook books at thrift stores! that's the best
place to find good, cheap ones. i've even found some weight
watchers books and better homes &garden editions for under
$3!

Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls (the giant ones) they are so good but not great diet food (LOL)  - I can eat a whole pak of them.

It's a very hard question! If I'm eating the cookies another time, I pop them into the toaster oven on a piece of foil to give them that fresh-baked gooeyness.

I love making desserts, but am trying to learn how to make healthier versions of the ones I crave most.

I love to bake as well. Cookies are the favorite of this house but I also will make things like peppermint marshmallows, cheesecake (which I am totally craving right now LOL), cakes, and the very occasional pie. I always have problems with the pie crusts though so I usually buy them. I currently have my eye on making a brownie tort. YUM!! But we have to finish off the cookies I made before Christmas before I bake anything else.

Do you have any specific questions about baking a particular item?? I don't really have any tips but I'm pretty much a follow-the-recipe kind of girl. For baking at least....for cooking I mostly just wing it especially with the spices. I never measure spices when I'm cooking I just toss some in until it looks or smells right!

Yes,  I like to bake pies, cookies, bread rolls, and anything that is fun to make.

anyone ever used those floppy fire resistant pans to bake? they look like wobbly rubber. i always wondered about those, but never bought them. theyre always so expensive at bed bath and beyond anyway.

I love to bake.Heck Iove cooking in general. I like baking cakes. I use to bake cookies until it fattened me up.Now that Im watching my figure I dont. Speaking of which I might bake a pound cake to go with Sunday dinner.
