Do you believe in ghosts?

I do. I've seen enough pictures, heard enough EVPs, and heard enough stories to believe that ghosts are real. Yes, nearly half or more are just plain fake, but there are real experiences out there, and I'd like to hear yours.

This is mine:
Weeks ago, my girlfriend and I were wandering throughout a private cemetery near our home in a suburb of Chicago, and I began to do an EVP session and take photographs with my Iphone camera. For those of you who do not know what an EVP is, it is an Electronic Voice Phenomenon. Ghosts are said to be able to speak through the white noise and can be recorded in a digital recorder. Many paranormal investigators have had great success with EVPs. Also, I'm quite aware that the Iphone has poor quality, but this was just sort of a spontaneous thing and I did not have my full equipment with me. Sue me.


Anyways, after we made our peace and went back to the car and began cycling through the photos just in case anything turned up. I was absolutely shocked to see this chilling image I've attached..

To the right of the photo, you can make out the figure of a woman with her arms folded and head bowed. She seems to be praying. Yes, I realize you may be thinking, "This is just a statue," however, there were no statues at this private cemetery. Only tombstones and a few pillars. This figure is clearly shaped like a human being. Furthermore, you can start to see towards the bottom that the figure fades as you can even see the background where the snow meets the forest horizon.

Again, I apologize for the quality but all I was using was an Iphone camera. Take it for what it's worth, thoughts?

No, but when i was a kid I like to watch Casper cartoons.  (LOL)  And I watch Ghost Hunters once in awhile and it is a good program.

Yes, I certainly do.  There are many people who are clairvoyant, which means they can see things that others cannot see. My best friend and my husband is clairvoyant.  I am a clairsentient person which means, I can sense and feel things.  Others are clairaudient, which means they can hear things than others cannot.  Most of us don't talk about this, because it is not the so called "norm" of society and you don't fit in. I do not believe in ghost, but I can experience something paranormal energy. I think our mind makes us see, hear and presebir any of this phenomena. If you think ahy a ghost next to you and for you hair. Your mind starts to work faster and ahy chance that reflects it. But this is not normal ...

i believe that there are spirits who walk amongst us.  there are too many people who see and feel them for me to disbelieve.  i have had numerous things happen to me in my life to be a non believer.  i personally knew my mother had passed before i received the call from my sister, just to cite one time.  there have been many situations like that i have been through.  i will be doing dishes or something like that and suddenly out of nowhere i hear you need to know so and so is gone now.  it gives me the heeby jeebies but i feel it is some kind of spirit guide letting me know to prepare myself.  i do not hear voices other than that type.

I do believe in ghosts.  If it gets suddenly cold in the room there is suppose to be a ghost there. Or if you can smell flowers and none are around that also means ghosts are there.

I definitely believe in ghosts. When I was about 9 years old, I saw a tall, white mist in my room. I quickly looked away and when I looked back again, it was gone.

I also watch Ghost Hunters and because they do their best to try and debunk the cases, I definitely believe they are legit and not just doing it for TV. They catch some pretty interesting footage and hear some really weird things sometimes.

My daughter had the ghost of the woman who died in the house before she bought it.  She hung around until a year after her death.  She also was visited by her deceased father and his brother who died when he was nine.

When I was on my honeymoon I woke up in the middle of the night and I saw someone looking through my luggage. I jumped out of bed and chased them into the bathroom and there was nobody there. Even writing this gave me the chills I felt that night. I believe in ghosts.

No, there are no ghosts, except the Holy Ghost in the Bible, and that is God's Spirit. 

However, there are demons that can disguise themselves as loved ones that have passed on.  A person dealing in the black arts (channelers), can call a demon spirit up to "lie" in appearance, and hearing, to those observing. They "channel) spirits.  We seldom are permitted to see the spiritual realm, but if we could, we would see it full of activity.  It's all around us.  Angels are real, and are warriors against the evil.  So....no ghosts....just Angels and Demons.

I have never seen a ghost, but I've had some paranormal experiences.  However, my son-in-law and his mother swear they both saw the ghost of a little boy who had died there at a summer cottage she once owned.

Yes, I do believe ghosts are real. Here's my story about seeing them:


When I was a teenager, my dad and I went on a trip over a Thanksgiving weekend to visit Civil War battlefields in TN. When we drove near one of them, which was a pine field, I could see and feel the presence of the ghost soldiers there. It was extremely disturbing! Neither my dad or I got out of the car. We just turned the car around, and got out of there.
