Believers of God look ignorant because you're. If you knew, anyone that claims they have heard a voice is mentally ill in todays world then the same applies to biblical times. That's all it is. You believe a bunch of stuff nuts have claimed.

People claiming they hear God don't fly today, the only reason it flew back then is because there were no mental institutions or psychiatrists. Mentall illnesses have been around since the dawn of human kind. That's all. You guys just know they exist now.

It's not about whether you are right or wrong. You have stated your truth to us in the forum. Now I will state mine:  Who are you to judge others for their personal spiritual beliefs?  When it comes down to it, we are all one.  We are on a journey in life and each of us has obstacles to pass, hurdles to jump, forks in our roads and each of us is responsible for the choices we make.  I try to treat others(including myself) with love, in the way I would like to be treated. It is not always reciprocated, and that's ok, but I know that my intentions are of love and not of malice.

I unignored you for this one. This IS a debate forum, but you seem to be handing out personal attacks which is not really a proper form of arguing things.

And I know a few mentally unstable individuals. Many have claimed they've seen/had hallucinations with ghosts or talked to gods or had dreams fighting demons and then they wake up with odd pains. They're all diagnosed with a mental illness and are on medications for it. It's more prevalent than you think, so don't feel so bad about it.

Can you explain why you seem to admire the Rev., Dr. Martin Luther King?   Was he mental?  Was he a nut?  Or are just some people who believe in God nuts?  I don't understand how you can believe that all of creation just happened by accident, but I would never call you nuts or a liar.  You do, however, deserve the label, intolerant.  Do you hate only people who believe in a Christian God or all people who believe in anything greater than themselves?  My guess is that either you write things online that you would never have the nerve to say in public because you know it is unkind or you have a terrible time getting along with anyone who doesn't think exactly like you.  I feel sorry for someone who is so narrow minded.

If you followed more of my posts you would know I have claimed to of heard the voice of God, I see lots of things like Angels and so on. Yep, I have been diagnosed nuts...hey but I believe it's God. I expect it from atheists but when believers like to jump on me...my first post on this thread is what I am thinking.

Maybe if you said what you meant people could understand what you are talking about.  Crazy is one thing, mean is another and the voice of God would not tell you to post hateful things to believers or non-believers.  There are some people who simply try to be confusing and provocative and I have better things to do than try to figure out what the heck you are talking about.  Oh and as far as God, you don't know me so don't presume anything about what I know and don't know or what I believe or don't.  I don't get my education or spiritual teachings from a forum.

You are right and wrong at the same time! You are right because we as humans do think that people who hear voice's or "the voice of God" are crazy. Maybe because we can't hear it or maybe because they are. On a personal note: if any one person saw another person walk on water or change water into wine we would think that person was either posessed or we are crazy ourself (think about it). Now the reason I believe you're wrong is because the one sin that every religion believe's is "Not to judge" and that is the one sin that every person breaks and what you just did by saying that about religion believer's. Personly I am not a bible believer but I do believe in God(s) and I am a huge believer in everyone has the right to believe.
