Hello, I know someone that is thinking about joining but is barely 18 and has never had a job so zero checking or savings. I'm thinking paypal will work for them but I rarely use it myself so I was hoping to get some help. When you sign up do you have to have it linked to a checking account or savings? I have heard of having a paypal card w/them so could you bypass the checking altogether and just go for that? I appreciate your help

PayPal has a debit card that help your buddy out.

I believe the paypal account has to be verified with fushioncash. Verified would mean it is tie'd with a savings or checking account through paypal. May want to check on that to be sure with fushioncash.

How good of a buddy? Because worst case scenario he can use a check option and you can cash it for him once he endorses it
