Hi. I have some offers still pending payment (I submitted manual requests)from the middle of july........Is it time to say I wont get credited, if it hasnt happened by now?

Currently, an email has been sent to Netflix and 00Inkjets, and the credit requests to Domain Lagoon and 123InkJets are pending. We are just waiting for a response from the advertiser. Credit requests can take up to 90 days to go through. We really appreciate your continued patience.

I just tried to cashout. It never asked for a phone # this time. Is that only for the 1st cashout?? I want to make sure I am all set to be paid next month. ;)
