And who are you to think you the moral authority to think one should be condemned to Hell? You should love the sinner and hate the sin and should always try to preach the Gospels; but no where in that gives you the authority nor responsibility to declare where someones soul is to spend eternity. That is His power and His alone.
Queenofnines; as I posted earlier, science and christinaity can co-exist for the reason alone that I can have faith in knowing that God allowed for things to happen. You make a point about Adam and Eve, but who's to say that in God's all knowing power and ability that he couldn't protect them from the dangers of what incest can have? Is it technically incest, sure, but you're taking out the faith behind it.
Um mattymat, as far as moral authority....uh yes, I do have every right to denounce reprobate sin (Ministry) when it's paramount, and to warn of it's consequences. The Bible clearly says that if certain things are said or done.....there is nothing but hell to look forward to. I will no longer give place to the enemy and his foolish rantings against God and His people. You need to go back and read
all qon's previous posts (mine also) before reprimanding anyone. As far as loving the sinner, I do....but not to a confessed reprobate railing against God and His redeemed. There is a limit. Even with God. She has confessed to being a Christian once and then turning her back on God because he doesn't exist and He's a liar. That kind of talk will land you in hell......that's Bible! I do preach the gospel.....the WHOLE gospel. I'm not some mamby pamby preacher. Never have been, and never will be. Behold the
goodness and the
severity of God. God is love, but He also warns those against blasphemy and it's end results.
Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me. When I say unto the wicked, thou shalt surely die: and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Yet, if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou has delivered thy soul. Again, when a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Nevertheless, if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also, thou has delivered they soul. Ezekiel 3:17-21
You really are quite funny and such a joke! I don't have say anything you make a fool of your self just fine!
Really cuppycake??
The Bible says: "The FOOL hath said in his heart, there is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good". Psalms 14:1
And:
"The FOOL hath said in his heart, There is no God, Corrupt are they and have done abominable iniquity: There is none that doeth good. Psalms 53:1So Biblically who's the fool? However, I'd rather be a fanatic for Jesus, than a champion for the devil.....lol
