what is your favorite dish made from scratch

I don’t have any favorite dishes. I just prepare and make them without giving much thoughts as favorites, yet I am easily satisfied with its natural taste. Mine would be homemade hummus made from sprouted chickpeas and an eggplant, and raw vegan spaghetti tomato sauce. Recipes for me should be as little, quick and easy to prepare as much as possible.

Mine would have to be homade chicken noodle soup with the noodle fresly made and skined chicken. It's to die for man now I wanna go home and eat some.

Roast chicken stuffed with home-grown tarragon and green garlic, with gravy made from the dripping over home-grown new potatoes and home-grown green beans on the side. Oh, and don't forget pie made with home-grown apricots topped with home-made black walnut ice cream.

I like Biryani. It is authentic indian cuisine. It is made from marinated chicken and Basmati rice steamed together and flavoured with many spices. It is a long procedure and takes about 2 hours. But when served with yoghurt. It tastes delicious.

Four way gumbo, it has chicken, sausage, shrimp and crab in it and takes about 2-3 hours to make.
