You can submit a Support Ticket w/Customer Service; FC should be aware of items that do not credit

Please keep in mind, if you have not been credited for the task, offer or survey - NEITHER HAS FUSIONCASH 

Here are some tips that may help going forward:
ALWAYS CLEAR YOUR COOKIES BEFORE DOING ANY DAILY TASKS, SURVEYS or OFFERS

When you complete an offer, especially surveys, keep the browser window open on your screen for 5-9 minutes...Helps in the Credit Process 

Under the "Support Topic" in this forum, go to "Updated:  FLOREZITTA'S BEGINNERS GUIDE to FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS"

Under the "Offer Topic" in this forum, go to "Offer Crediting Tips" from FC Member "Cuppycake"
