The Republican are now in charge! What you do think about the congressmen & women that are taking over in your state?

I'm really scared about Scott taking over as governor. When I look at him I see the anti-Christ. He has no experience in this job description. He wants to get jobs by reducing regulations, reducing state jobs! Deregulation is the reason why the economy crashed in the first place. With deregulation of rules & regulation in the banks & wall street, we thought we had money to spend when there was none. So, FLa's new governor will be doing the same thing as before. If you voted for Scott, I don't feel sorry for you when he hands you, you're pink slip. If you work for the state in florida be prepared to receive a pink slip. And if you voted for Scott, you have only yourself to blame.

LoL, My sister thinks that Rubo is the devil disguise in a designer suit.

Most of the congress taking over are in that Tea Party group. Which really scares me b/c they remind me of the mad hysteria, in the colonies which had witch hunters accusing drowning & hanging innocence citizens on which witchcraft charges.

 :- This is why I HATE POLITICS... The problem is not the goverment is the people that puts them there. If the people think that a certain person can do good and this politician doesn't do what he/she profess to claim or said, then the same people that put he/she should make it loud for that person to leave he/her position. Is the people that is in charge not politicians.....

I am excited about the new congress.  I am ready for some changes and hope these newly elected officals will work on less government and repeals the health care plan.   As far as Tea Parties.  I went to a rally in Portland OR and found nothing but kindness.  I heard over and over again how they had never been to any kind of protest but they could not take th constant increase in taxes.  They also worked hard to keep the area clean and orderly.

Believe me, I would if I knew what to do. Right now I just feel so helpless. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but I've been disappointed too many times & it doesn't matter which party it was. I don't think I can take another 4 years of congress failures & let downs. I just wish they would change the term to be shorter. Why can't they have a 90 to 180 day trial like the rest of us facing a new job. Then maybe they'd work harder on trying to keep or achieve their promises made in the beginning. Well, just have to wait & see. Thanks for letting me vent. I feel better now expressing my fears to my FC Family.

Im happy that congress got  cleaned up recently. people are much more passionate now about voting then they used too be. the voting pole was packed during the November vote.   The voters sent a clear message that the current administration and its policies are not accepted by mainstream america and are on its way out

Heres a bold prediction. The economy will remain sluggish despite the administration's best efforts, and a brand new problem, likely beyond their control, will spring up and the general public will call for their heads.
Then in the next election, they will vote for the opposite party. Rinse and repeat.

News flash......I heard in the news that Rep. Rick Scott Gov. of FLA. had just Fired 10 people to cut down on spending with congress transport. Yeah, it was ok to cut out other people in the congress access to transport of course, He doesn't care, he has his own private jet. I wish I had my own private jet! His chant is Let's get to work. What work, he just fired 10 people from their jobs! I thought they were suppose to create jobs for the people not fire people! Attention: People of Florida, if you voted for him, I don't feel sorry for you if you lose you job, you have only yourself to blame.
