fc toolbar wont stay up

i downloaded the fc toolbar today but when i leave this site it goes away, why and how do i get it to stay up?

You may have to reinstall, try restarting your computer and clearing your cookies before though.

I think I know the problem! I accedentally do this sometimes too. Sometimes when you download something a window will pop up and ask if you want to open/run,download, or cancel. You have to say download because if you say open/run it will do the whole download thing then it will pop up on your page and when you go back into internet explorer or whatever program you are using it will not be there. I hope this helps!
