Yes with my eyes closed and in the bed sleeping while your parting for me.  That way I don't have the hang over and that misserible headach.  Be safe and don't drink and drive let someone else do the driving.

I visit my parents late afternoon and I spent a quiet evening with my family.

I sure didn't! My husband and I spent the evening quietly. I'm long done with partying and hanging out among drunks.

Me and my boyfriend got a hotel and ate pizza and drank wine as the ball dropped.

Well this year was kind of dry. No party. Boo Hoo. lol! My family used to be a very close-knit family. My great-grandmother is still alive. Bless her soul. She's 95. Her offspring consisted of 10 children and those 10 made even more offspring and their offspring even more. It's hard to count all of us let alone fit into one house. When we would do parties we would have to rent a hall with about two or three adjoining dance rooms because there are so many of us. It's crazy. So far out of my great-grand mother came 4 generations. The 4th generation are still too young to have children. Can you imagine my great-grandma still being around to see a 5th generation? That would be amazing.
