Payment not recieved - Cash out in OCT :(

Hello frnds...
I did cash out on 27th oct and got approval on 22nd Nov...
Its still showing me the status approved (not shipped or printed & mailed).

When I raised support request..they answered me that my check is already sent...But still I am waiting for it...

Please help me....Do anybody have same experience??

I am sorry I do not have much experience. I am new also. I would suggest direct deposit next time. I have read alot of post about some not getting their payments by mail. I cashed out for the first time in November and I choose direct deposit. ood Luck.

That's Unfortunate  

How long ago did you submit a Support Ticket?               Maybe you should submit another Ticket?

Did Customer Service give you a "timeframe" for delivery?

May I suggest changing your preferred payment option to PAYPAL which is the fastest way to get your $$$  

You could also look into Direct Deposit

There are several threads on this Forum under the Topic:  PAYMENTS that may provide various opinions

They gave 2 options as below..
In this situation, you have two options:
1) Pay the stop payment fee ($20) and get a new check (or receive the funds via PayPal or Direct Deposit). If you choose this option, the stop payment fee will be deducted from your cashout amount on the reissued check.

2) Wait. Hopefully, the check will be returned to us. If not, after 6 months the check will become stale dated, at which point we can issue a new check or pay via a different method at no cost to you.

I am not able to decide what should I do...

That is really weird because it has always said shipped after they shipped the check for me. Did they have an answer for why that information was not updated? Mine also always had a check number next to it. Do you have that? If not maybe they made a mistake.

They gave check number...but not updated the status to shipped or not...

That depends on 2 things....The amount of the Cashout & The purpose of the Cashout ($$$)
It should be alittle easier if you base the decision on what's most important of the two

I am sorry that this happened to you.  I have had no problems getting paid by FC.  My first payment was by mail and then I had the money sent to paypal.  My first and only check arrived in timely manner.  I have cashed out three more times and my payment went to paypal when expected.  I do recommend using paypal.   I would open another support ticket letting FC know that you never received your check.  Mail, sometimes, does get lost.   I hope that things work out.

I am sorry to hear that you couldn't get your money. I suggest you to wait for sometime because if there is any mistake in the address then surely it will be return to FC. Usually it will take 2-3 weeks to return the mail. So probably it will return to FC around 15-21st of Dec. After that if you open the support ticket, you will get to know more about your check status.

That sucks. I hate the postal service and wouldn't trust them with my money! Paypal is the way to go in my honest opinion!
