New Videos???

Has anyone been having problems watching any videos lately?  For the last couple of days, my "VIDEO" tab has been visible.  Everytime I click into it, the heading says to watch this "Captain Morgans" video.  The furthest I've gotten is that it's asked me for my age to verify.  But even after that, it just says "sorry, currently out of videos".  I'm a little confused because when there are no videos to watch, the video tab doesn't even show.

For me it has been a matter of having an image pop up (for Foot Locker or Epic Mickey for Wii) and not having anywhere to click for a video. It says to watch the video for $0.02 but there's no video to watch. Even in the bottom corner of the images that pop up there is a little thing that says "social video" ... but I'm not finding where I'm supposed to click.

I had that problem with Mozilla Firefox, so I opened IE and I was able to see the videos, there.

As for the "We're Out of Videos" problem, I'm afraid I'm getting the same :/

Same here, so obviously this means that for the time being the videos are just not rewarding.  That's too bad, I liked getting the quick few cents without having to constantly remind the surveys of my race and age...

Same problem in BOTH Firefox and IE.  So since there are other people besides me having this problem means it's on FC's end.

I don't think all of us suddenly have the same EXACT computer browser problems.

I have DuncanHines, FootLocker and I forget the other one; the videos are stuck on Duncan Hines. By the stillframe the videos are loading as though they have been watched, e.g. 1:43/1:43 if the time bar showed.

mac 10.4.11 Firefox....trying safari now.

Safari is worse. I get the banner Watch this Footlocker video.....


and then this message where the video is supposed to be . "There was an internal system error. The system administrators have been notified. Please try again later."

Yeah my video tab was disabled for about 3 days, and today upon my return it was back yet i couldnt watch any videos...

I had that problem for a few days, but now it is working.  So happy about that.

Today I didn't have any problems at all.

The past couple days I've been getting the same American Express video over and over, but it won't credit me for watching it.  Strange.

I had a few days I didn't have a video tab, but now it is up and working.  You can always put a support ticket in.  It could be that they had no videos as well.
