Daily emails not crediting?

I click the daily cash emails as normal and they open and everything, but I haven't received credit for them in a few days. Why?!?!

I would say do a support ticket but I did one 3 days ago and nobody will respond.

I had problems with mine last week but when I click on the paid email it opened the window and didn't bring up you have to view for 60 seconds and then you click on the next window it was skipping a step and wouldn't credit for me until I got everything to work like its suppose to.

The weird thing is that mine had never credited from the beginning. 

However, my last Firefox updated corrupted the entire browser and for the time being, I'm forced to use IE, so I decided to do one of the daily emails in IE and I got my first credit for it today.  The weird thing is that nothing was blocking it, I clicked on ad, it came up and everything.  Just never worked until today, when Firefox died on me and forced to use IE.  Now, I'm going to have my extra 60 cents for the month.   

I think I'm going to start using IE for FC.

I haven't had any problems with the emails crediting but the FusionCash site and it's associated content such as emails have been very slow. And if your emails do not open entirely or properly it will indeed refuse your credit. Try it again.

i have never problem with mine credit for daily email.i mainly use safari and they will credit fine.but u have todo daily email that day itself also check ur account before u close the email window.try in different browser.

Make sure that when you click on the advertisement that the little square box pops up. It says something about 60 seconds or something like that. When you click on that box is when you get credited. I know some days it doesn't pop up for me, so I just go back and reclick on the link in my email and it usually comes up the 2nd time.

That is right. You won't get credit if the square box doesn't pop up. You have to click on the square box as well to get the credit. Wait until the advertisment page appears completely. I have never had problems so far. Don't miss the easy money and good luck!

The daily cash emails have been great for me.  One problem may be not viewing the advertisment for at least 60 seconds.  I believe it says you must view it for this long in order to have your account credited in the pre-view instructions.  For me, I have had no problems with the daily email advertisment.

The 60 second box does pop up and I do leave the ad open for longer than 60 seconds, it just never shows a credit in my account.

Yeah, that little square box is some kind of JavaScript program used.  It DID come up in IE, but never did in Firefox, and I don't have JavaScript blocked in Firefox either.  The page, however, would come up in Firefox after clicking on it, just minus the box thingy.

hope you all can get this problem figured out. sorry that it isnt working for you but it does sound like the suggestions given were good ones and i would try them if i was having a problem also send in the ticket and see if you get a response and also you posting it is good to because aminstration looks at posts sometimes and will respond to you and tell you how you ca fix certain problmes that you may be having o the site!! have a good night and good luck making more money everyone!
