What makes a newbie

You will turn into a junior with one more post.  You have to hit the 50 mark and right now you are at 49.  Congrats!!!

I'm still a newbie but the rank works by cashing out? Is this true? Do any offers change help you earn a higher rank?

No, cashing out has nothing to do with rank

it would be cool if your rank went up by how many offers you do. the people who have been around and help us new people out deserve some recognition! it's nice to find a site where people are actually willing to help you!

Your title changes as you post.  Make sure your post are quality post.
