Support Ticket
« on: December 05, 2010, 02:44:00 pm »
Okay, so I completed the SSI Daily survey and it didn't credit, it usually credits within 5 minutes so a couple hours later I tried it again, completed it and still no credit. I filled out a support ticket, and said

I completed the SSI Daily Survey twice today and it didn't credit. It usually credits within a few minutes. Thanks.

I got a response quickly, and it said that completing an offer twice is against the rules so I would not receive credit.

Does this mean if a daily survey doesn't credit we can't try it again???

i'm not sure what happened but i don't think that's fair. even if you completed it twice you should at least receive credit for doing it the first time rather than not getting anything at all. maybe it was a bad idea saying you did it twice, but then again, perhaps it was a bad idea to even attempt the survey twice.

I would be interested in what they tell you when they respond to your support ticket. I've tried offers over if I didn't receive credit for them, sometimes I am not sure which offers I have clicked on that day. I like it when the screen pops up to tell you that you've completed an offer within 24 hours and when you can try again.

The same thing has happened to me with myview surveys, and give us your 2cents and even survey head, the past couple of days I have competed and not credits have been given.  And other times the internet connection gets lost after I have completed the whole thing without given my credit.

Ask Support to clarify their statement.  Sounds like a canned response for regular offers, not surveys.

You can try to do surveys until you qualify.  Once I complete the survey, I generally leave the congradulations page open and check my account page until the survey credits.  If it doesn't credit in 10 minutes, I chalk it up to technical communication difficulties between the survey company and FC.

I would also consider it to be the same as not qualifing for the survey so I should be able to try again.  However, if there are technical communication problems between FC and the survey company, chances are you would have the same problems with any subsequent survey.  I've never tried to do one again, on the same day so I'm not sure whether my assumption is correct.

I did that, I leave the Congratulations page open for about 5 minutes but I still have not been credited.

I just wanted to let everyone know, I submitted a support ticket about my cashout being temporarily denied, FC was great about responding, they got back with me within 24 hours. I wouldn't hesitate to submit a ticket again. I do have to say this was the first time that I had done so. Just wanted to share this with all.

That's kind of what I was thinking, I was under the impression we could continue to try and complete surveys.

Well I wasn't going to lie about it? I waan't trying to scam anyone or anything. I just thought it was common practice that if a survey credit doesn't go through you can try it again. Obviously if I knew it would nullify my credit I wouldn't have done it.
