What is your favorite animal as a pet?

I definitely think the best pet is a dog.  I have a 3 year old yorkshire terrier name Krystal and she is the best.  I have had cats in the past, but my experience is they are not too social.  Dogs on the other hand are very social and want to be a member of the pack.  One great resource for dog owners is the "Dog Whisperer" show on the National Geographic Channel.  Caesar Milan, the shows host, rehabilitates dangerous and aggressive dogs or shy dogs or any dog with some sort of social problem or who behaves badly.  This show will give you a great understanding of proper dog behavior and the best way to walk and train your dog.  Anyway, I think dogs are the best pets because they are usually energetic, fun, excited, and want to be around you, their pack leader.

A dog is my favorite animal as a pet. Dogs have more feelings than any other animal. The show joy, sadness, anger, timidness, and courage. They love to greet you when you come home, and enjoy playing and walking with their masters. I can't think of a better animal to have in your life.

 Cats are ok, I have two fish tanks that are a lot of fun to look at and to care for but my favorite pet has got to be my dog
