Exercise - am I sort of?

You know - I'm very busy.  I probably sit down and watch TV for a total of 4 hours each week.  I'm always on my feet at work and at home I'm playing with my son/cleaning/making dinner.  I don't exercise, but since I never really relax doesn't it count for something?  Am I squeezing in exercise in a way by always being on the go?  I just feel like even though I'm thin I'm out of shape and lose my breathe quickly when doing certain things.

BK---Just cleaning up around the house and watching the little one is a lot of exercise in itself.  I get my exercise in my house by walking around a lot and climbing the stairs.  If you have stairs in the house, use them for exercise.  Also, you can always add in some stomach crunches and push-ups while watching TV or something else.  Sweeping floors are also good exercises.  Just use a little imagination and you will be able to get some exercise in.  You being out of breath may mean you have a medical issue.  Perhaps you need to see a doctor to make sure you don't have a medical problem.   :thumbsup:

me too, girl. i hate it when i cant breathe right.. especially if i move too fast.
