I don't know when you cashed out but our accounts all stay in pending status till just about the 20th of the month when we are due to be paid.

Payments aren't instant.  If you requested a cashout two days ago, you can expect to see the money in your PayPal account on or before December 20th, as long as your cashout is approved.

Just remember that you get paid the 20th of the following month (that is after you cashout).  It will say pending until right before you get paid.
